Refund Policy

We operate under a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must remain in the same condition as when received – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This allows us to promptly assess the issue and rectify it.

Refunds: We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return, indicating whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
